Alexis Kent has led a life of adventure in the Caribbean for the last decade working as a crew member on a variety of sail boats and catching work wherever she can. Quite the change from her childhood in England. She loves the life and wouldn't change it for anything.

When he first sees Alexis, he dismisses her out of hand. No time for some woman who probably would flirt more than work. But with no other candidates he reluctantly hires her.
