Casey McQuiston grew up in the swamps of Southern Louisiana, where they cultivated an abiding love for honey butter biscuits and stories with big, beating hearts. They studied journalism and worked in magazine publishing for years before returning to their first love: joyous, offbeat romantic comedies and escapist fiction. They now live in the mountains of Fort Collins, Colorado, with a collection of caftans and her poodle mix, Pepper. Red, White & Royal Blue is her first novel.

The Prospects (2024)
KT Hoffman
"Tenacious, sexy, effervescent, doggedly hopeful, and endlessly charming, with characters to root hard for and an irresistible voice . . . I completely adored it."
Gwen & Art Are Not in Love (2023)
Lex Croucher
"A total, rollicking delight. Gwen & Art gave me the same cheeky, swoony, giddy, irresistible high of the first time I saw A Knight's Tale. Lex Croucher is one of my favorite romcom authors, and they should be yours, too."
The Stars Undying (2022)
(Empire Without End, book 1)
Emery Robin
"Dazzling, transportive, boundless, precise - and dares to ask, what if Mark Antony was the hottest butch girl in space?"
