A Day of Reckoning

It's a time of turmoil on all fronts. In Plainview Frank has finally professed his love for young Josie. Then he worries that by doing so he's placed himself in danger. Some of Josie's relatives aren't exactly keen on the idea and aren't afraid to tell him so. At Salt Mountain a new baby is born. Happiness is the order of the day. Then word comes from a surprising source that Hannah's presence is needed elsewhere. Colonels Medley and Wilcox, sitting in a military brig in San Antonio, are facing the fight of their lives. And Hannah may be the only one who can save them. In Eden the murders of Lenny Geibel and Junior will not go unpunished. The good guys are up against heavily armed men with a few meager weapons of their own. But they have right on their side. They'll prevail, but at a high cost.
