San Antonio at Last

Two years after the world went black, it was an extremely ugly place. Cities were scarred and charred, and the dead far outnumbered the living. Most just gave up, tired of the starvation and the violence, and took their own lives. Those who did manage to survive had a plan and stuck to it. Preppers who planned for such an event put aside food and provisions, and merely had to protect it from those who would kill to get it. Even for them, life was far from easy. The Spear family's journey was long and arduous; their survival was never guaranteed. They were shot at, beaten and broken, but they never gave up. The Spear family never stopped dreaming of returning home, and everything they did in the past year was an effort to get there.
