China's been around a very long time. Almost since dirt. The Chinese want to rule the world, but they're very patient. They figure it'll happen some day, and they've got nothing but time. Russia's Vladimir Putin has his own plans to rule the world. But he's not quite as patient. When Russia and China team up and devise a secret plan to smuggle nuclear weapons into the United States they find it incredibly easy to do so. For the United States has let its guard down.
