Georgi made a deal for cash with Mr. Chirac, agreeing for his part to leave his restaurant open on Devil's Night for a small group of mysterious men. He is also to provide a waitress not from the area. As the years pass and it becomes clear that the young women are never heard from again, Georgi learns what the downside of making a deal with the devil.
