Gale Massey recommends
Angeline (2023)
Anna Quinn
"A poetic, innovative story that portrays the interplay between trauma and memory. Sister Angeline's narrative reveals how the mind is constantly processing the world around us and the world within us, a dialogue between past and present. This book is a triumph of beauty and human resilience."
The Smuggler's Daughter (2020)
Claire Matturro
"The Smuggler's Daughter is a searing and salty novel that thrills and entertains while exploring the coldblooded and ruthless crimes so prevalent in Florida's often sordid past. Crime fiction has long taken a hard look at society's moral code and in her latest offering, Claire Matturro delivers a tale that remains true to the highest standards of the genre."
Come and Get Me (2019)
(Caitlin Bergman Mystery, book 1)
August Norman
"An expertly plotted story that will keep you turning pages and looking forward to the next installment."
