A middle-aged son, Cory Becker, decides to buy his elderly father a flat screen TV for Christmas. The space age television set is so humongous, in the living room; it takes up nearly an entire wall, gives the previously humdrum setting a high-tech movie theater vibe.
Cory’s dad is handicapped. Eighty-one year old Warren Becker has to use a walker to get around. Therefore, he spends much of his time indoors, confined. Instead of the big TV becoming a fun new toy, the Christmas present takes a turn for the worst when Warren begins to think characters on screen are real people.
Has he gone mad?
Olga, Cory’s wife, believes so. She wants to put Warren in a nursing home before he becomes a serious danger to himself.
Genre: Mystery
