Ghost of an Opportunity

On February 13th, 2019, the rover 'Opportunity' was declared lost in the line of duty on the surface of Mars, after fifteen years of service to humanity.

Jasper Stein knew better, but he broke the rules to help out a friend. He was an old hand in space; Mars was no big deal. Nothing bad was going to happen to him.

But then the worst happened.

Lost, injured, alone, without any chance of rescue, Stein struggles against one of the most inhospitable environments imaginable and his own fears. As night settles over the planet, he reaches out for the one opportunity that might just save him from a frozen death alone.
