Dear Diary,
I tried to sit back and watch him live his life with another woman, a woman who doesn't compare to me. And the more I do, the harder it gets. Yuri is irresistible. Everyone on the outside looking in can say whatever they want about me, but I know we were destined to be together. Destined. Regardless of how anyone judges me or thinks I may be wrong for loving him when he has a woman, it is what it is. I couldn't care less. I gotta have him- He’s mine! From the top of his head to the bottom of his feet, Yuri’s food for my soul, and I wanna be what he eats. I aspire to be his favorite treat, and one day, I will be.
Yuri’s smile ignites a fire within my essence, and it pains me not to be close to him. Our mothers are best friends, so naturally, we are as well, but somewhere along the line, we fell in love. However, because of our parents, our love is forbidden like that fruit. You know, the apple that Eve had Adam eat. But, for now, I’ll lay low and play the cards as they’re dealt because, in the end, we’ll be together forever, in sickness and in health.
I'm tired. Tired of being second and second-guessing. Tired of being loyal to those who aren't loyal to me. When does a girl reach the point that she chooses to either become a woman scorned or a woman of standards? I'm at that crossroads. This pain can't be all that my life consists of. I've got so much to offer the world, and I'm ready to give my all to my dreams like I have given my heart, my faith, my trust, to those who don't deserve it.
I have no time for anything that ain't making me no money or contributing to no forward movement. Time to boss up and be the woman I was raised to be.
