Luke finally came home hoping to find peace and his former sweatheart, Hannah. Instead he found that she was married to the county sheriff, an evil bully who treated her cruelly. Following a confrontation with the sheriff, Luke was forced to leave town. He couldn't leave her with the sheriff but if he entered the town his name was on a bullet.
