"The Foot is loose
"
Melanie Gordon is looking forward to a weekend getaway with her GetTogether Friends Group. They gather as strangers at a remote lodge in the woods and soon begin to make friends. Their idyll is turned upside down when horror comes streaking out of the forest, turning their weekend retreat into a fight for their lives. Unbeknownst to Melanie and her new friends, a nearby top secret research laboratory has been compromised, threatening to unleash a veritable Pandora's Box on the world. The terror has only begun. Theirs. Ours.
From eye-witness testimony:
"What was being done down there wasn't ethical, wasn't moral, definitely wasn't legal. But, hey, the money was good" - Laboratory Head of Security
"I ignored a lot of evil. I was complicit. And when the victims of that evil got their chance? When the tables were turned? I shouldn't have been surprised. Still, nothing could prepare me for what I saw in that lab when it all went sideways " - Lab Tech
"I understand why the things in that lab did what they did. Why they carried out the slaughter with such seeming relish. On the one hand, it was part of their nature. To kill and to kill that way. With that level of cruelty. After all, we were studying what most of the world refers to as monsters. On the other hand, several species and individuals among them were highly evolved and intelligent. They possessed an enormous reservoir of memory and resentment for what had been done to them" - Cryptozoologist
