On the last day of the war, Davis was looking forward to some peace. However, Bradford had other ideas... They'd captured a Yankee wagon full of guns and Bradford knew that, in Mexico, rebels paid high prices for weapons. Davis just wanted to return to his ranch in the Big Bend country.
