The Other Side

The war has raged since the beginning of time. Good and evil struggle for dominance and control of the universe while Alex lays dying from cancer. He is only 12, too weak to rise from the hospital bed where he has been for the last six months of his life. As he closes his eyes for the final time he hears more than the monitors that beep and hum, more than his mother's soft sobs.
