Fidelities

Fidelities is the first collection of short stories to be published by this multi-faceted author. Through these eighteen stories Valerie Nieman draws the reader into the Appalachian state of mind. Her other works include Neena Gathering, a post-apocalyptic science fiction novel, published in 1988. In that same year she published a poetry chapbook, Slipping out of Old Eve. A second poetry chapbook, How We Live, was published in 1996 and her second novel Survivors was published in 2000.
