When Geminis Fall

On the morning of 9/11/2001, two commercial aircraft crash into the Twin Towers in Lower Manhattan, unleashing a new dimension of terrorism to the world, to America, and particularly to the people of New York city, gripping them in fear. However, for Ross Kingsley, who just hours earlier had murdered his wife, the terrorist attacks create a window of opportunity to cover up his brutal crime.

Now, almost twenty years later, the city of New York is again gripped by fear. A serial killer nicknamed ‘Silas the Ghost’ is using the star signs of the Zodiac to highlight the birth dates of his female victims, leaving behind a message to describe each victim’s star traits. The cryptic messages left on all five victims are different except for the last two lines:

For Max Hammond, lead investigator on the case, time is running out. He knows that the killer’s next victim will be a Gemini and fears that if the killer is successful, ‘Silas’ will disappear forever. In desperation, Max turns to his ex lover, pathologist Sharon Stillman to help him unravel the cryptic messages the killer has left behind.
