Born in Dublin, Jenny O'Brien moved to Wales and then Guernsey, where she tries to find time to write in between working as a nurse and ferrying around 3 teenagers.
She's an avid reader and book blogger in addition to being a previous RoNA judge.
In her spare time she can be found frowning at her wonky cakes and even wonkier breads. You'll be pleased to note she won't be entering Bake-Off. She's also an all-year-round sea swimmer.

The Memory of Us (2024)
Dani Atkins
"Wow. Atkins really understands her craft. This book has everything, heartache, passion and twists galore. She's one of my favourite writers. Always delivers."
Five Minds (2021)
Guy Morpuss
"After a few pages I was hooked into a new world, manned by workers, andis, hedonists and communes. Imagine an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie, The Hunger Games, Sophie's Choice and a whodunit under one cover. I loved it and wouldn't be surprised if it gets optioned for a movie."
