Wreath for a Ragman

The dead man had all the appearance of a tramp, until police officers opened the case at his side and found the suit of evening clothes and newspaper cutting. They, as far as eminent philosopher turned detective Doctor Caesar Brock was concerned, were an open invitation to investigate the death of Robert Milton. Fear from the past fills the cold Autumn days as Brock and his black cat, Galahad, seek a murderer in a village already haunted by the ghosts of intrigue.
