The Gods are Watching is a thriller set in Ancient Egypt. Varro, a street boy, is being pursued, through the city, to the pyramids, along the Nile, over the desert. But he doesn't know why. His journey is filled with dangers- crocodiles, sandstorms, snakes and scorpions. But the greatest danger comes from people who mean him harm
