For my entire life, I have known who I am and been certain of my destiny. My place was with my sister, Zhavia, and her team as their protector and handler. At least that’s what I thought until my life was turned upside down.

I was given the choice to save my sister or the girl from my dreams. It should have been easy. Instead, I was torn in two, and for the first time in my life, I froze. After forcing Zhavia to walk with me into an unknown situation, my ego put everyone I care about in danger.

Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, hooded strangers come to our aid. I’m Zadom Olympia and I don’t need anybody’s help. However, when lives are at risk, you take it no matter how suspicious it may seem.

The newcomers open doors I didn’t know existed, revealing that everything I thought I knew is wrong. Bonds are created—ones I didn’t ask for—yet day by day, I find myself accepting them, needing them, and protecting them. They are mine, and if anyone dares touch what belongs to me, they won’t like the consequences. I don’t care if they are my parents.

When the people I love are in danger, I need to do whatever it takes to keep them safe. Even if that means sacrificing myself. I have never worked well in a team—I don’t know how—but somehow have I found the ones who will risk it all to save me.

This book is why choose, all of the characters are together in some way by the end of the book. Zadom's book concludes the next generation duet.
