Witch Bargain

Lexie’s day gets off to a great start and then it all comes crashing down. Sound familiar? Not long ago, she had her memory wiped. This time, it looks as though it’s been scrambled and she thinks everything she remembers is part of the nightmare she woke up from.

Maybe her mom’s residual magic currently haunting her apartment is messing with her mind. Her bet is on the Coven Disciplinary Board being behind it all. Again. She has unfinished business with them. She vaguely remembers cutting a deal with them to spare her mom. This could be her chance to find out if they were responsible for imprisoning her in the Crone’s Realm.

But first, she needs a cup of coffee. If only she could figure out why the Kitty Café has disappeared.
