Praise for Gwen's Ghost:
This was one of the most heartwarming books I have ever read. Iloved every moment of it. The hero is the kind of man a woman dreams about and the heroine is the kind of woman a woman can admire. Alovely touching read. retroredux
A compelling, out-of-touch rake and a plain, prickly heroine come together here in a funny, involving Regency. Social history buffs will find the book well-researched. Kerstan and Rasley have each written acclaimed Regencies; however, they joined forces via computer to produce this one. Readers will hope the collaboration continues. Reed Business Information, Inc.
A delicious, delightful romp! A wonderful collaboration by two very gifted authors. Magical! Lynn Kerstan andAlicia Rasley have reinvented Regency. Their characters are freshand fascinating. Guardian angels, mysterioustreasures, family feuds and a love that transcends time!

Story Overview
Eternity is a bloody bore for Valerian Caine. A swashbuckling, amoral 18th Century rake, he was cut down in a duel at age 27 by a ricocheting bullet fired by a cuckolded husband. Now stewing resentfully in a bureaucratic afterlife, he leaps at the chance to regain his human form and return to his previous existence. But there's a catch. He'll be transported to the England of a hundred years later, where he'll have one month to end the family feud launched by that fatal duel and ensure the happiness of the Caine and Sevaric descendants. If he succeeds, he'll be transported back to his former life and the bullet will miss him. But standing between him and his goal is the obstinately unhappy and acerbic Gwen Sevaric--and his surprising desire to be forever the one who makes her smile.
More Praise:
This book is really about a wonderfully written Georgian rake who'sforced to consider the consequences of his actions a century ago andimprove the lives of those affected by such. His reformation isquite a joy to read, and much of the story is told from Valerian'sPOV.

Shades of "It's a Wonderful Life"--clever,with atwist!I bought this book on the strength of some good reviews and havingenjoyed previous Kerstan books. The ghost angle made me a bit leeryof the book, because I generally don't like romances with ghosts inthem and usually find them to be pretty melodramatic. However, thiswas a notable exception....This book is clever, entertaining, and touching. Cilla from Upstate NY
