This book is a hardcover edition, not paperback. The author Angus Ross, was actually Kenneth Giggal, born in Dewsbury, Yorkshire in 1927 and he wrote a whole series of spy and detective novels based around an agent called Marcus Farrow. Storyline: The very last person former agent Marcus Farrow expected to find on his doorstep late that Saturday night was Francis X. Toomey. But there stood his old CIA adversary, as large and ugly as life, cold and wet and demanding a drink. And when the phone rang minutes later, Farrow knew that the 'retirement' he had enjoyed since that business in Luxembourg was about to come to an abrupt end. The Cousins, it seemed, were in big trouble. So Farrow found himself reunited with his old boss Charlie in a race against time to plug a deadly leak. Before they're through, they encounter a couple of corpses, a sinister band of thugs going under the name of Britain for the British - and Farrow narrowly misses a premature meeting with his Maker...
