Bruce Holland Rogers is the author of Wind over Heaven and Flaming Arrows. He has won a Pushcart Prize, a Bram Stoker Award, and two Nebula Awards. Stories by Rogers have been reprinted in a variety of showcase anthologies, including The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror, The Year's 25 Finest Crime and Mystery Stories, and Pushcart Prize XXIV. Rogers has taught fiction writing at the University of Colorado and the University of Illinois, and he frequently speaks at writers' conferences. Rogers lives in Eugene, Oregon.
