Lena’s made it through her first year with the Olympians. No really, she’s lived for an entire year! This is no small feat considering their short temper, reaction first and be-damned with consequences attitude, and instantaneous fiery jealousy.

It’s summertime and the godlings take their mortals to their islands within the Bermuda Triangle: Endless white sandy beaches, perfect weather, and a villa that is in no small way a massive resort. Of course, that’s not all they find. Archangels visit, there’s a cotillion scheduled, and wonderful new friends to be made from dozens of different pantheons. It’s all bliss and fun in the sun.

That is, until the attacks start. And once again, Lena seems to be the target. If that wasn’t enough, their in-house medically inclined god is positive Lena’s died like three times now. Yet, she lives and heals nearly as quickly as a god.

As they struggle to figure out what Lena is, their attackers are eating through every kind of weapon-proof armor Ares gives her. They’re switching armor so those that are labeled as a mortal is in fact a god. AND, they’re reproducing Zeus’s lightning bolt as weapons, able to be wielded by mere mortals. When a thing from Hell tries to kill Lena, they are sure Lucifer is behind it.

But it’s not all fun in the sun and death-defying adventures. For the first part of the summer, Lena is riddled with strange bouts of illnesses that leave the gods stumped. When the truth is finally revealed, Lena is devastated. Let’s not even talk about her romantic life!

**This is a full-length, mature high school/new adult paranormal romance (and a budding reverse harem) with development of a variety of different sexual orientations and situations that will be further expanded on and explored as the series unfolds. This book contains plenty of WTF moments, friendship, betrayal, battles with swords and fire, abuse, magic, gods, angels, jealousy, and a smidgen of MM. There is alluded to not fully consensual sex that the reader might have missed from book 1. This is book 2 in the series. The first three books are partially an origin story for the FMC. You may not see the harem for several books, but do not fret! It’s definitely coming. There will not always be a happy ending for many characters. Should not be read as a stand alone and does not end with a cliffhanger but does leave unresolved plot points as well as ending the scene where book 3 starts.
