Author Interview Questions
Why the Florida Keys setting?
Ah, the Keys! A few years ago, hubby and I took a road trip out of the blue. We thought we'd go to a beach along the Florida coastline and wound up driving to the Keys. What a trip! Filled with such a romantic backdrop with Tiki huts, moonlight, romance and music of all kinds. The heartbeat of this place drew us in. I knew exactly what to write about when I got home. The Keys are filled with romance with a small town feel and of course, happy endings.
What do fans love about this series?
My fans tell me they love how the characters from other books are intertwined at times in each serial. Maggie & Jake show up in the Forever Series, the next boxed set about Jake's brother, Jon, and his love, Abby. They love how No Name Key feels like a small town romance series. The other thing they love is the romance, how these books take a reader away from the drama of everyday life for awhile. I love to inspire and keep my readers engaged in a story and I hope I've done that in these serials. Be sure to visit me at cyndiraye.com to see what else is available.
