Jones's Little Murders
(1967)(Book 23 in the Doctor Harry Manson Mystery series)
A novel by Edwin Radford and M A Radford
"Old Fat Man" (as Superintendent Jones was affectionately known in the Yard) went wandering round the East End haunts of his earlier days, and dug out two killings, and as intricate a problem as ever the Yard had had to deal with. Then he solved the riddle of the death of "Charlie", a gang leader who had had the nerve to leave him money in his will. Jones did it through his collection of old notebooks and newspaper clippings - the tools of his trade.
