Lindmann

In 1942 the SS Broda sank, crammed with refugees bound for Palestine. There were two survivors. One, washed up on a lonely beach, was Lindmann. Twenty years later Lindmann is living in shabby lodgings in London, a calm if dreary life. But his hard-won tranquillity is shattered by the news that the story of the Broda is to become a TV film.
