When Basil Maplewood was found dead in his bathroom with one foot hanging over the edge of the bath, Inspector Arnold was puzzled by the lack of clues. No violence, no poison. But the Inspector knew it was murder and he sincerely hoped he could solve the crime before the murderer added him to the victims' list.
