The Battle of Cowpens

This tiny book was supposed to be part of a longer historical novel, but Kenneth Roberts died before finishing it. So this tiny gem about a battle most of us have never heard of is Robert's last gift to the world. The Battle of Cowpens was Daniel Morgan's best contribution to the Revolutionary War though he was at Saratoga and several other important battles. He and his band of rag-tag rangers defeated England's best and set up the finale at Yorktown. We couldn't have done it without him.
