Kerry Reichs graduated from Oberlin College and Duke University School of Law and Institute of Public Policy. She practiced law in Washington, D.C., for several years until she took a sabbatical and discovered that sabbaticals agree with her. She now writes full-time, splitting her time between Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles, and is still trying to convince her two cats that driving cross-country is fun. Kerry has been in twelve weddings, has never married, and never worn any of those dresses again. The Best Day of Someone Else's Life is her first novel.
