The supernatural forces at work in Steven’s home were powerful, engaged in a battle that had gone on for many years. Other entities – some benign, others more sinister – were drawn to that battle, and although the ghosts may have been driven out, it appears other creatures remain.
While Steven and his father enlist an exterminator to finish cleansing the house, they unwittingly entangle themselves with another sinister force far greater than either of them can overcome.
Their hope lies in the services of a recluse on Whidbey Island, a man who may or may not be everything he claims.
