The Rebel

The adventures continue as 10-year-old Thomas Hutchinson (great-grandson of Josiah Hutchinson) struggles to find his place in a world that's rapidly changing before his eyes. There are rumors of war as the townspeople take their stances for or against remaining under the rule of England. His older brother Sam is anxious to join the army, but fighting for freedom could cost his life and many more! Following in his peacemaking father's footsteps, Thomas believes himself to be a Patriot. But when his teacher and best friend both turn out to be Loyalists, his faith is put to the test. Will he have to sacrifice friendships for the sake of politics? What does God want the family to do? Can these two opposing sides live in peace, or is bloody battle inevitable?
