Regis Rancine didn't have sons so he taught his niece Spirit and his daughter Charli, everything there was to know about life and the streets. When he decided to move back to Haiti, he left Spirit in charge of his North Carolina business. The only problem with that was, A, Spirit's husband. He hustled for years and made it out of the game unscathed, so to have his wife getting into a life he was trying to leave, caused a rift in their marriage. A rift that led A to making a mistake that could cost him his family.
Spirit and A are going through a rough patch in their marriage but more important than their issues is the fact that their son is dabbling in the drug game. A and Spirit are livid and will do anything to keep Lil A out of the streets but they may not be able to save him.
Because of the way she was raised, hustling is nothing new to Charli. Not even being engaged to a pro football player makes her leave the game alone but catching a charge is enough to scare her straight. Unfortunately, her lies cost her, her family and there doesn't seem to be anything that she can do to get them back. Her life quickly spirals out of control and Charli may not be able to come back from all of the losses that she's taking.
