Ten years ago, I lost the love of my life.
In a blink of an eye, he was gone and to this day, I still seem to be picking up the pieces of my broken heart.
But in losing Hayes, we had also lost Mal.
The misunderstood hockey player who wished more than anything that he could turn back time and trade places with his best friend. So, in his grief and guilt, he left.
