A collection of twelve poems tracing the historical line from attitudes to women and homosexuals among Putin's political elite, and their supporters, back to the Red Army's orgy of rape in Eastern Europe between 1944 and 1948. These attitudes and events augured the sexual crimes of the Russian army in Ukraine in 2022 and, apart from the criminal gratification of cowards, the use of rape as a weapon of terror in time of war.
