Stella Ross

Stella Ross was born in Dagenham 18th August, 1930. She is an author, playwright, lyricist, musician, songwriter and poet. Her main sphere of creativity has been Romantic Fiction but she has written a play and musicals that are still performed today. She co-wrote some songs (with Ray Holder) which were recorded by Bonnie Langford when she was a rising child star. Stella has five daughters, 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and has now retired to beautiful Hayle in Cornwall where she shares her writing skills with other members of the U3A.
