As the author of this second edition of Crater Lake National Park: A Global Treasure, Ann Sutton traveled the world with her late husband, Myron, to capture breathtaking images of volcanos, lakes and their surrounding fauna and flora.
The Suttons, both park rangers themselves, have shown readers the ongoing trials and tribulations of making Crater Lake National Park a truly global treasure with a heritage whose history is revealed from its creation to its present position as a unique member of the world’s protected natural areas. Together they have written 90 articles and 25 books on various natural history subjects.
