Blond and Broken

Josef McQueen has been waiting a long time for his beloved. He's the Second and Head of Security at the Hadden Coven and the exclusive Imperial Club in Pittsburgh. He's seen a lot in his time, but the sight of his beloved barely conscious and half-naked on the blacktop outside the Imperial is almost more than he can bear. Josef McQueen is a man of action and his beloved has just been assaulted. However, the perpetrator is nowhere to be found and he must focus on the broken man he now holds in his arms. Isaac Lucas is his blond and broken beloved and Josef will stop at nothing to make him whole again. Can they find a way past this trauma or will Isaac be lost to the darkness of his pain?

Isaac Lucas never asked for any of this. He works at a bookstore and tends to fly under the radar. He doesn't normally take risks, except for tonight. A new friend has guest tickets to the Imperial Club, the place to be in Pittsburgh. Who turns down a chance like that? Before he knows what hits him, he's being tossed out of a black sedan in the back parking lot and meeting the pavement. He wants to pretend like this day never happened, go back to yesterday and bury all the pain and the hurt. He feels drawn to his tall and handsome savior, but the fear keeps finding its way in. Can Isaac get beyond his fear and have a chance at forever with Josef? Will Isaac heal, or will he be blond and broken forever?
