When Mack Came Back

At first Maury is terrified when he hears howling from the woods. But when he goes to see what's making the noise, he finds a shivering dog tangled in vines. Maury realizes that it's his brother Ben's dog, Mack, who Ben gave away when he joined the army. Maury desperately wants to keep Mack. But Maury's father sees the dog as a constant reminder of his eldest son, who abandoned the family farm to go fight a war . . .
