Krupowicz with an introduction by Will Murray and afterword by Donald Sidney-Fryer. Published in West Kingston, RI by Donald M. Grant Publisher 1982 1st Edition 1st Printing 8vo 8" - 9" tall Hardcover First edition. Limited to 1250 total copies of which 1200 that were for sale.
