Escaping a brutal past.
When I was hired to find her
I never thought I’d end up here.

This wasn’t a place for someone as sweet as her.
This was a place of darkness and pain.
But how could I not give her what she so desperately needed.
I was supposed to bring her back.
Instead, I found myself getting lost in her.
Saving her was the least of my troubles.
Loving her became my sole purpose.
