Mr. and Mrs. Topsy-Turvy, and their children Fern and Vern, are the most fun babysitters in the world. Lucy certainly isn't complaining when her mother asks the Topsy-Turvies to watch her--in no time at all she's drawing on the floor and watching TV standing on her head just like the rest of the family.
