The City Destroyer

Using a stolen formula for a chemical that erodes steel on contact, a band of ruthless killers struck, destroying skyscrapers, roadways and bridges without warning. Thousands were pulverized as steel girders crumbled into powdery fragments. Spider scoured a dozen blind alleys for the mad genius his henchmen referred to only as 'The Master.'
