A man convicted of a double murder is about to be executed and public defender Juliana Jordan may be his only hope. Presented with new evidence, Jordan has her work cut out for her. What starts out as professional obligation soon morphs into a dangerous quest for justice that is thwarted at every turn by a multitude of mistakes, lies, and corruption. Jack Wilmont and Terry Carson come to the aide of the public defender as they face tremendous resistance from high in the ranks, including the prosecutor and the State Attorney General. Every potential victory is met with a seemingly insurmountable obstacle. But the corrupt politicians have three things against them...
