Don’t call Frank Carbone a superhero. He hates that.

Sure, he lives in a big city. And yes, he has a private phone only the Chief of Police calls in case of an emergency. And okay, he has incredible strength and skin that cannot be broken, but he is not a superhero.

As much as he hates it, when Frank gets a call from Chief Marrisa James, he springs into action. He helps the police and civilians throughout the city of Braxton on a weekly basis, coming to the rescue when the police alone are not enough. He always saves the say. Just remember, he’s not a superhero.

Frank, Chief James and the Braxton PD maintain law and order in the city until a new gang—The Ghosts—arrive on the scene. They use tactics unlike anything Frank or Chief James have seen before and pose the biggest threat to safety the city has ever seen.

With millions of lives at stake, Frank must figure out how and when the Ghosts are going to attack. Then, if necessary, he will KILL ALL THE GHOSTS.
