Shamus Award winning author John Shepphird’s crime fiction often features “the art of deception” as his characters encompass assorted ne’er-do-wells and con artists including Deception Specialist PI Jack O’Shea in a series appearing in Alfred Hitchcock’s Mystery Magazine.

John is also writer and director of television films. He lives with his family in Southern California.
