I used to believe in destiny. But I’d always hoped that destiny would be kind… not this.
Kidnapped on my wedding day by a band of lawless raiders intent on securing their own piece of history, I’ve been stolen away to be set at the mercy of an orc who has never heard the word. The leader of the Adid Rebels, Manus is an orc who believes that a wealthy bride will make the elvish lord of Medober recognize his claim to his father’s legacy.
