Matilda Scotney

Matilda Scotney is a former professional singer and actor who only realised she was ageing when she was offered the part of the ancient, grey-haired Granny in a stage production of The Addams Family. Matilda  decided then she had matured enough (physically and mentally) to give away theatre and turn to my other passion; writing, specifically, science fiction and even more specifically, time travel and space opera.

When her brain is not off on a quest of imaginings somewhere out in the galaxy with my trusty chihuahua sidekick Oggie, Matilda can be found with sand between my toes, collecting teapots and obsessing over all things Star Wars.
