Capital City Crime: Cruel Summer

Nighthaunt, whose parents were murdered before his very eyes in an alley in Capital City, steps up his war against the criminal element. He moves against the Mob, then meets his match in a mysterious, musically inclined murder cult. Within the criminal underworld, the Oligarch steps up her bid to run Capital City, planning the grandest caper of them all, but Doctor Sinisterion works to undermine her efforts. And within that landscape, Sewer Rat and Iron Otter look to stave off disaster and keep their people safe.
